用一次（点）试验法进行转子现场平衡及平衡重位置的判定方法

【摘要】 本文介绍了用一次（点）试验法对转子进行现场平衡的原理和方法，以及平衡重位置的判定，并在宝钢热轧厂主电机冷却风机的现场动平衡中得到了应用，取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 In this paper,principle and method of rotor’s field balancing by one-point method and decision for the location of correct mass are introduced. The method has been applied in field balancing of cooling blowers of primary electric motor in hot-rolling plant,Baosteel,and achieved good result.
