【摘要】 本文详细介绍了鞍山钢铁公司第一初轧厂Φ６９０ｍｍ连轧机组机械传动系统中５０００ｋＷ主减速机中双圆弧齿形缺陷的发现、检查处理的情况，并分析了所取得的经济效益。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the discovery and treatment of gear cracks in the mechanical transmission system of a Φ690mm continuous milling machine are discribed. The economic benefit obtained is analysed.
