红外材料Tl3AsSe3晶体的生长

【摘要】 Ｔｌ＿３ＡｓＳｅ＿３是一种性能优良的红外非线性和声光材料。我们用元素直接化合的方法制备了多晶料，利用Ｂｒｉｄｇｍａｎ方法生长出了Ｔｌ＿３Ａｓｓｅ＿３晶体并对该晶体进行了初步测试。报道了我们的生长方法及有关结果。

【Abstract】 Tl3AsSe3（TAS ） is a infrared nonlinear optical and acoustooptic material,We have synthesized polycrystal material with Tl,As,Se,and grown TAS crystal by Bridgman method.The DSC and NIR transmission of the crystal were determined and the results are reported in this paper.
