【Abstract】 This paper discusses the measurement of such thermal parameters as temperature,flow rate,pressure loss in electronic equipment by means of single-chip computer and sensors,and introduces the hardware and software details,the specifications of sensors used and interface circuits. This instrument performs single point or multi-point data logging of the parameters and parameters displaying and printing,and provides thermal reliability design of electronic equipment with important data guidance.更多还原
