【摘要】 1983～1992十年中，对185例新生儿危重症和极低出生体重儿的综合治疗中，应用全静脉营养（TPN），取得满意效果。TPN结束时，绝大部分患儿体重上升或保持原有水平，最后存活175例。指出单用葡萄糖提供热卡的弊端，强调TPN的要点在于“全”。并对当前存在问题及解决办法进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 1983~1992, Total parenteral nutrition(TPN ) was administered on 185 cases of critically ill neonates and extremely low birth-weight infants. The priscription of TPN was comewhat simplified from that used in developing countries according to the situation of our country. The period of TPN on each baby was varied from 1 to 36 days. At the end of TPN administration, body weight increased in 101 cases, maintained in 58 and 12 reduced in 26, Finally, 173 cases survived and 12 died from primary diseases.The authors pointed out the feature and stratigy of TPN is the "totality" on its nutritional component. The problems exited and their resolving methoes were discussed.更多还原
