品种抗条锈性鉴定在小麦育种中的应用
IDENTIFICATION OF STRIPE RUST RESISTANT IN WHEAT BREEDING
【摘要】 以12个条锈病菌生理小种和1个类型对5282个国内育成的品种(系)和国外引进的1405个品种资源材料,进行了成株期分小种抗条锈性鉴定,共43038个次(一小种一品种为1个次)。通过抗条锈鉴定,共计125个左右品种在生产中推广,面积累计达4千万hm ̄2以上:鉴选的532个抗源材料被不同育种单位利用,筛选出了一批抗条中28号和29号的抗源。
【Abstract】 From 1981 through 1993,5 282 domestic bred and 1 405 introduced wheat varieties have been i-dentified for stripe rust resistant. The identification was conducted by inoculating 12 physiological racesand a pathogenic type of stripe rust at plant adult stage, For 13 years, 43 038 inoculations have beencatried out and 125 varleties(more than 40 for Shaanxl and 70 for other provinces)have been recom-mended and released for commerciel production and 532 resistant germplasms have been screened forwheat breeding.In addition, some CY28 and CY29 resistant germplasms also have been fined.
