【摘要】 通过对水文实测系列随机模拟系列的统计计算,对隔河岩水库汛期预留的5亿防洪库容减轻长江荆江段河道分洪机率的作用作了分析,在此基础上研究了汛期隔河岩水库根据长江宜昌站来水情况适当超蓄和提前预泄的可行性,计算了由此带来的风险和效益,同时强调目前加强水情预报和建立调度规程的必要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper which analyse the role of the flood diversion chances induced which Geheyan reservoir capacity of 0.5 billion is reserved during flood season for the Jingjiang section of the Yangzte river for flood control through statistical calculating of stochastic modeling series for hydrologic really measured series,base on the above,to study the feasiblity of proper over storage and advance pre-spill flood water season of Geheyan reservoir.In light of coming water at Yichang station,and to caculate from this raised risk and benefits,Meanwhile stress the necessity which to strengthen hydrologic forecast and to establish operation regulations.更多还原
