【摘要】 报道分析了我院收治的腰推问盘突出症再手术者４２例，首次手术由他院施行１７例，我院施行２５例，其中诊断错误５例，术中定错位４例，漏切椎间盘３例，术后复发１５例，再突出９例，并发椎管狭窄５例，下腰椎手术失败综合征１例。随访半年至１８年平均巳２年，优良率８８．１％。更多还原

【Abstract】 ut of 665 operations for prolapsed lumbarintervertebral discs, 42 were reoperated be-cause of recurrences. Of these, 17 cases hadtheir initial operations in other hospitals; 25cases were firstly treated in this hospital , thereoperative rate being 3. 76 % ,and the follow-up period from 6 months to 18 years (in aver-age 5. 2 years). The excellent and good ratewere 88. 1%. Among the causal factors of thereoperative procedures there were postopera-tion recurrences in 15 cases, reprolapses in 9complicated spinal cannal stenosis in 5,incor-rect location in 4, escaped condition in 3, pro-lapsed disc missed in 3, misdiagnosis in 2 andsyndrome of failed lumbar operation in 1 case.The key point of this article was to discuss theintrogenic factors for reoperation and the pre-ventive methods.更多还原
