【摘要】 本研究对立刻－酶联免疫吸附试验（Ｑ－ＥＬＩＳＡ）诊断血吸虫病的特异性、敏感性、交叉反应、疗效考核及现场应用等方面进行了试验，同时与ＩＨＡ进行了比较。结果表明，Ｑ－ＥＬＩＳＡ诊断血吸虫病的特异性９７．９７％，与ＩＨＡ基本相同。检测慢性血吸虫病的敏感性为９７．０５％，其阳性检出率与感染度有关。Ｑ－ＥＬＩＳＡ的敏感性和现场应用价值优于ＩＨＡ，且具有简便、快速和微量等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article compared the specialty,sensitivity,cross reaction, curative effect check and spot application of Q-ELISA and IHA in schistosomiasis diagnosis.The results showed that the speciality of Q-ELISA was 97.97%,almost the same with IHA. The sensitivity of Q-ELISA was 97.05% in the diagnosis of the intensity of chronic schistosomiasis, better than that of IHA,and the positive check rate was related to the intensity of infection.
