由工业数据修正邻二甲苯氧化反应动力学方程
Modification of kinetic Model for the Oxidation of o-Xylene Based on Data from an Industrial Reactor
【摘要】 根据工业反应器的实例数据,对邻二甲苯的催化氧化反应系统进行物料衡算与热量衡算。以Calderbank、Lyubarskii和Froment动力学模型为基础做了回归分析,按拟均相一维模型法建立新的动力学模型,用修正系数α概括传递过程阻力对反应速度常数的影响。修正系数。表示反应温度及邻二甲苯转化率的多项式方程。用四阶尤格-库塔法做模型计算得到的反应器最终转化率与产物分布、床层轴向的温度分布、反应系统的物料与热量平衡等主要指标均与实例值相符合。
【Abstract】 In this paper,mass and heat balance balance Calculation of the catalytic oxidation of o-xylene is per-formed based on actual data directly obtained from an industrial reactor. A proposed kinetic mod-dis set up which is a modification of those of Calderbank,Lyubarskii and Froment,where a cor-rective coefficient αis used to represent the influence of the resistance of heat and mass transferprocesses,which in turn is expressed as a function of the temperature and conversion of o- xylene.The results of this model calculation show close conformity with actual measures including the fi-nal conversion and product distribution, axial temperature profile of the catalyst bed,and overallmass and heat balance of the reaction system.
