【Abstract】 Ultrasonics can be used to test whether the edible oils, fats and emulsions are adulterate. The ultrasonic attenuation in different density milk is measured. The measurement shows that there is a sensitive relation between milk’s density and ultrasonic attenuation. This result can be used in adulteration test of milk.
