【摘要】 为评价"84"消毒液的消毒效果,我们抽检了本院现存的"84"消毒液原液及临床各科使用的"84"稀释消毒液,对其含氯量及细菌学消毒效果进行了实验观察,结果显示:72h内消毒液的pH值变化不十分明显,有效氯含量逐渐降低;"84"稀释消毒液24h杀菌率为99.95%,72h为52.46%。提示临床应用"84"消毒液时,应正确配制,定时监测,保证其有效浓度,提高消毒效果,防止院内交叉感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the disinfectant result of 84- disinfectant,we sampled the primary solution of 84 -disinfectant in existing stock and diluted disinfectant used in departments at our hospital. Their chlorinated content and bacteriological disinfectant result were detected. The results showed that pH value was not too significantly changed in the disinfectant for 72 hours ,but its effective chlorinated content got gradually reduced. The germicidal rate of the diluted 84 -disinfectant was 99.95% for 24 hours and 52.46% for 72 hours. It suggested that 84 -disinfectant should be correctly dispensed and regularly detected to keep its effective concentration ,increase disinfectant result and prevent the cross infection in hospital.更多还原
