应用层析法分离高纯度人血浆白蛋白

【摘要】 应用层析法分离提纯人血白蛋白，其纯度高于cohn改良法，而多聚体含量又远低于Cohn法。

【Abstract】 Human plasma ablumin was separated and purified by chromatography. The final product showed higher purity and lower polymers content comparing with that prepared by modified Chon’s method.
