【摘要】 本文研究了氢氧化镁表面处理的工艺对以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为基体的复合材料力学性能的影响.筛选出效果较好的偶联剂及稀释剂,证明处理温度及时间对力学性能影响不大.考察了氢氧化镁的填加量对力学性能及阻燃性能的影响.

【Abstract】 The effect of filler surface treatment process on the mechanical property of Mg(OH)2 filled HDPE composite was studied systematically in this paper, and a coupling agent and diluting agent with good property was selected. The experimental results revealed tha the treatment temperature and time had less effect on the property of the composite. The effect of the contents of the filler on the mechanical propetties and flame resistance of the composite was also studied.
