【Abstract】 On the basis of critical rate formulas, this paper presents four methods to determine the optimal position of a horizontal well and perforated interval in a vertical well in a reservoir with bottom water drive or with a combination of gas cap and bottom-water drive. The methods suggested in this paper can serve as a guide in the oil field develop program using a combination of horizontal and vertical wells.更多还原
