【摘要】 本文对45例新生儿婴儿消化道畸形作了分析,结果显示就诊年龄2小时～2月;有呕吐、黄疸、腹胀者依次为24、12、10例;重复畸形者3例;合并营养不良者2例。出入院诊断不符率53.3％,小肠闭锁、膈疝、食管裂孔疝、贲门狭窄误诊率达100％。提示消化道畸形种类多、表现各异。凡新生儿生后不久出现不能解释的频繁呕吐、腹胀、黄疸、便秘应及早作腹部X线、肝胆B超等有关检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 We analysised 45 newborns and infant with deformity of digestive tract. There were 24.12.10 cases with vomit .jaundice,abdominal distension. 3 patients were repeated deformity of digestive tract. 2 patients were malnutrition. There were 53. 3% of all patients who didn’ t uniform in dignosis of discharge and admission. Rate of mistaken dignosis of enteric atresia,diaphragmatic hermia .hiatus hernia,cardial stricture were 100%. These results suggested that(1)the disease were more than other kinds of diseases and they had sorts of manifestation. If it was difficult for frequent vomit .abdominal distension, jaundice constipation to explain soon after birth,we should carry out examination of abdominal X -ray.
