棉花对模拟酸雨生物学效应的研究
BIOLOGICAL RESPONSE OF COTTON PLANTS TO SIMULATED ACID RAIN.
【摘要】 本试验根据近年来南京地区酸雨成分,研究了模拟酸雨对棉花生长、发育、产量以及品质的影响。结果表明,棉花植株在苗期易受小于pH4.0的酸雨的伤害。叶片呈现可见性伤斑,细胞膜透性增大及叶绿素含量下降;在中后期棉花植株生长受到抑制,出现矮化和生物产量下降。pH小于3.0的酸雨能明显降低开花数和结铃率,并引起棉铃大量脱落,严重影响了子棉、皮棉的产量和棉纤维的品质。
【Abstract】 AbstractThe effects of simulated acid rain based on the composition of rain-falls in the recent years in Nanjing area on the growth,reproduction, yield and quality of cotton plants were studied.The acid rain with injured the Seedlings of cotton with visible damaged spots,increase in membrane perme-ability and decrease in chlorophyllous contents in leaves.It also significa-ntly inhibited the growth of cotton plants and made them decreasing both high and biomass.The acid rain with pH values below 3.0 decreased the flowering and cotton boll,caused abscission,and severely affected yield and the fibre quality.
