摩托车发动机连杆滚针轴承的载荷与失效分析

【摘要】 连杆滚针轴承的运动及受力状态比较复杂,理论分析及试验结果表明,保持架磨损和保持架碎裂是连杆大、小头轴承最常见的主要失效形式,而且一般发生在连杆滚针点蚀之前。为了确保连杆滚针轴承质量,除保持滚针较高接触强度,还要保证保持架材料的耐磨性和强度。

【Abstract】 Motion of connecting rod needle bearing and force it bears are very complicated. Theoretical analysis and practical test results show that wearing and breaking of the bearing holder are the main failure forms that occure at the bearings of both big and small ends and gerneraly these failure occur before the point corrosion of connecting rod needle bearings. In order to ensure the quality of the connecting rod needle bearing,high contact strength of the needle should be maintained and meanwhile high wearing resistance and strength should be guaranteed.
