梳棉机吸落棉系统的设计及应用

【摘要】 本文介绍了郑州三棉２３台Ａ１８６Ｄ型梳棉机的吸落棉系统。具体介绍了吸落棉系统划分及设备选型、机上工艺飞花连续吸、机下车肚落棉间歇吸以及吸落棉系统的二级过滤。

【Abstract】 Abstract The paper introduces the suction droppings system of 23 sets A186D carding machine of Zhengzhou No.3 Cotton Textile Mill, and represents the division of suction droppings system,choice of equipment, process flat strips and fly continuous suction, card sweeps intermittent sucsuction and the two-step filter of suction droppings system.
