【摘要】 通过对本中心１９９１～１９９３年期间住院接受甲硫哒嗪治疗达四周以上的１０３例病人临床心电图资料和病史进行回顾性分析，探讨该药引起的心电图改变及其临床意义。结果发现，甲硫哒嗪确能引起较多的心电图改变，并以Ｑ－Ｔ间期延长，Ｔ波低平或宽大伴切迹和Ｔ－Ｕ融合波为多见。同时还发现，无论是单用还是合并其他抗精神病药所致心电图改变无显著差异，在治疗剂量范围内，药量的大小与心电图改变的发生无明显关系。心电图有改变者，在临床中也很少导致严重的并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract This is aretrospective study of the ECGs and their clinical implications for 103 patients who hadbeen treated with thioridazine for over 4 weeks during 1991.1993. It revealed that the ECG changeswere usually prolonged Q一T intervals, flattened or broadened T waves, and fused T-U waves. ECGchanges were not affected by polypharmacy and drug dosage. No serious cardiovascular complicationscaused by thioridazine were found.更多还原
