【摘要】 恶性肿瘤可伴发高钙血症或／和白细胞增多症。本文分析了１４７例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤高钙血症或／和白细胞增多症的发生情况。结果：５例（３．４％）高钙血症，６例（４．１％）白细胞增多症，两者同时发生者３例（２．０％）。统计学处理表明，两者同时发生非偶然巧合（ｘ２＝２７．９，Ｐ＜０．００５）。口腔颌面恶性肿瘤高钙血症或／和白细胞增多症的发生率不高，但易漏诊，应引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract Hypercalcemia and/or leukocytosis may occur in malignant tumors. An investigationof 147 cases of oral and maxillofacial malignancies was made to determine the incidenceof hypercalcemia and/or leukocytosis.The results showed that 5 patients( 3.4%)had hy-percalcemia,6(4.1%)leukocytosis,and 3(2.0%)both.The incidence was not high,however,it is not the reason to neglect these two conditions because of their unfavorable pro-gnosis.更多还原
