盐浴硼铝共渗工艺及应用
Boronaluminizing in Salt Bath and It’s Application
【摘要】 探讨了45、T8、5CrMnMo、3Cr2W8V钢在添加氧化铝和还原剂的熔融硼砂浴中获得硼铝共渗层的组织和性能。结果表明,在适当的盐浴组成和工艺参数下,可以获得理想的共渗层,其抗氧化性、抗热疲劳性均优于渗硼层。齿轮坯模具硼铝共渗后寿命大幅度提高。
【Abstract】 In this paper the microstructure and property of boronaluminizing layer on 45, T8, 5CrMnMo,3Cr2W8V steel immersed in fusing borax bath added with aluminium oxide powders and reductant are reseached.The result shows that with adequate salt composition and processing,parameter,the ideal boronaluminiling layer can be obtained,the anti-oxidation and hot fatigue resistance of which are superior to the boride layer,and the service life of gear blank die would be obviously elongated.
