混合物料的高浓度浆体在倾斜管路中自流输送
The Gravity Transportation of High Density Pulp of Mixed Materials in Inclined Pipe Line
【摘要】 利用冶炼水淬炉渣、尾砂和水泥的混合物料制成高浓度浆体,在倾斜管路中进行自流输送试验,根据试验结果对流变特性进行了研究,分析了浆体流速、浓度、粒级组成和管路倾角等因素对管流压力损失的影响,并得出在倾斜管路输送中计算管流压力损失的数学方程。
【Abstract】 Clod quenched metallurgical slags,tailings sand and cement were mixed into high density pulp and used in the gravity transportation test in inclined pipe line. On the basis of the test results,pipe now pressure loss study on the rheological properties was made and the effect of the pulp flow rate,density,partical size composition and the pipe inclination on the pipe now pressure loss was analysed, which has led to a mathematical equation for calculating the flow pressure loss in the inclined pipe transportation.
