【摘要】 本文在建立汽轮发电机端部温度场数学模型的基础上,给出了各向异性介质中的三维温度场的有限元计算格式。文中应用传热学理论,成功地解决了端部温度场计算中几个较困难的问题,并以QFS—300—2型汽轮发电机为例,作了端部温度场的计算,计算值与实测值十分接近。 文中最后还研究了在不同冷却方案下端部温度场的分布,绘制了端部结构件在径向和轴向截面上的等温线图,并通过对不同方案的分析和比较,提出了改进汽轮发电机端部结构设计的理论依据。

【Abstract】 On the basis of the established mathematic model,the FEM formulas to calculate the 3D thermal field with the anisotropic media have been given.Inaccordance with the thermal theory.this paper Solves some difficult problems on calculating tempature field successfully.As a exam-ple,these powerful techniques are applied to calculate the thermal field in the end region of a QFS——300——2turbogenerator.The calculated results are good agreement with the measured re-sults.On the basis of these works,the temprature field has been calculated on this condition of the different cooling modes.The isothermal on a radial section and axial section of the metallic struc-tural parts in the end region has been pllotted out.According to the analysis and comparison of the different modes,the theoretical grounds used to improve the structural design in the end re-gion of turbogenerator has been presented.
