慢性癫痫大鼠海马内GABAA受体γ2亚单位的改变──原位杂交组织化学研究
CHANGES OF GABAA RECEPTOR γ2 SUBUNIT IN HIPPOCAMPUS OF CHRONIC EPILEPTIC RATS──A STUDY OF IN SITU HIBRIDIZATION HISTOCHEMISTRY
【摘要】 将马桑内酯作腹腔注射诱发大鼠慢性癫痫动物模型。然后,对模型动物和对照动物海马组织进行GABAA受体γ2亚单位的原位杂交组织化学研究。结果表明,慢性癫痫动物海马回和齿状回内的GABAA受体γ2亚单位mRNA较对照组明显减少。提示GABAA受体γ2亚单位可能在癫痫发病机理中起一定作用。
【Abstract】 The chronic epileptic mode was induced in rats by intraperitoneal injection of coriaria lactone.Then,the in situ hibridization histochemical study of GABAA receptor γ2 subunit was performed in hippocampal sections of model and control animal.The results showed that the GABAA receptor γ2 subunit mRNA in hippocampal and dentate gyrus were markedly decreased in sections of model animal than that in control,suggesting the GABAA receptor γ2 subunit might play some roles in epileptic pathogenesis.
