【Abstract】 In order to explore the spermicidal mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine-Cnidium monnieri,the ultrastructural changes were observed in human sperm with Cnidium monnieri.The results showed that the sperm membrane in both head and tail regions were damaged significantly, the acrosomal membrane and nuclear membrane were disrupted, the mitochondria were injured and vacuolization were seen in it,the part microtubule were injured and dissolved.更多还原
