【摘要】 螺旋藻是一种新型的高蛋白原料，本文介绍了螺旋藻乳液的工艺过程、技术要点和质量要求。

【Abstract】 Spirulina platensis is a new kind of high-protein resources. The technological process,the technical point and the quality requirements of the milk-like liquid of spirulina platensis are contained in this article.
