【摘要】 广西岩溶发育。近年来，岩溶地区内涝灾害普遍，损失严重。桂林市阳朔县白沙堡属较典型的岩溶洼地，内涝灾害由来已久。近年来由于自然和人为两方面因素造成地下河堵塞，导致内涝灾害频率增高，内涝时间延长，损失增大。政府部门应不失时机在全区范围内作全面调查，防患于未然，把内涝灾害损失减少到最低限度。改变先受灾、后重视，不到严重不治理的状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 The karst in Guangxi is developed．In recent years，waterlogging hazard spreadthroughout the whole karst area and did serious damage。Baishabao in Yangshuo county，Guilin， belongs to the typical karst depression and suffers from the waterlogging hazardfor a long time。 Recently， the blockage of underground river caused by man and naturegives rise to more waterlogging hazard， longer waterlogging time and more loss。 Govern-ment department should do research without hesitation in the whole province and takespreventive measures to reduce the waterlogging hazard to the minimum， and change thestate of placing emphasis upon the hazard after it and not bringing the hazard under controluntil serious damage。更多还原
