一种用于GFAAS法测定微量硼的新技术 Ⅰ.铁基、镍基、铁镍基合金及铸铁中微量硼的测定

【摘要】 本文提出了一种将镀锆管及镍-锆二元基体改进剂联合用于测量钢铁及合金中微量硼的技术。对其效能进行了考察,发现它能明显地提高测硼的分析灵敏度和降低记忆效应。应用该技术测定了七份实样,均获得满意结果。

【Abstract】 A new technique including a new matrix modifier composed of nickel and zirconium and the graphite tube treated with zirconium solution was proposed for the determination of boron in cast iron, Fe-, Ni-, and Fe-Ni-based alloys. The effects of this new technique were studied and it is found that the combination of 3000mg/L of nickel and 1000mg/L of zirconium as a matrix modifier and the graphite tube treated with 10g/L zirconium solution give the highest analytical sensibility’ The interference effects of major component and eight minor components were studied. Boron in one cast iron and six alloy samples was determined by use of GFAAS with the proposed technique without the preseparation of matrix. The relative standard deviation was 5.6%. The characteristic mass was 500pg/0.0044A.
