五味子多糖药理作用的初步观察

【摘要】 五味子多糖100mg/kg及200mg/kg单次腹腔注射或每日腹腔注射一次连续给药5日对小鼠肝糖原的合成均无影响,但能使1.0mg/kg/d×5d阿托品增加小鼠肝糖原合成的作用减弱甚至消失,此外五味子多糖对CCl_4损伤小鼠肝脏所致的SGPT水平也无影响.这些结果提示,五味子多糖可能不是五味子制剂保肝作用的主要有效成份。五味子多糖防止或拮抗适量阿托品增加肝糖原合成的作用及其机制值得进一步研究。

【Abstract】 It has no influence upon the hepatic glycogen synthensis of a mouse,but can antagonize the action of atropine(100mg/kg per day. for 5 days),which can increase the hepatic glycogen synthesis of a mouse, that a dose of SCP(100mg/kg and 200mg/kg)or a dose of SCP(100mg/kg and 200mg/kg) one time daily for five days are administered for intraperitoneal injection. Moreover.SCP has no effect on the level of SGPT caused by the CCl4 damage of mouse liver.The above suggests that SCP might not be the main effective element which can protect the liver. It is worth while to further study the fact that SCP prevents or antagonizes just the right amount of atropine from increasing the synthetic action and mechanism of hepatic glycogen.
