【Abstract】 Based on the introduction to the lean , agile and flexible (LAF) manufacturing,the paper explores the types of organizations and management thoughts ,and concludes that the core of LAF manufacturing is a more flexible approach to inter-firm cooperation taking the form of、virtual companies and the creative skills of future systems. China’s enterprises should promote technological innovation by means of management and organizational innovation ,when making use of LAF manufacturing ,combine innovation of goal-orientation organically with process-orientation and aviod doing it perfunctorily of superficially,so as to face the competition and challenges in the 2lst century and catch at the strategic opportunity in time.更多还原
