【Abstract】 The noise sources in an oversampled △-Σ A/D converter and their impacts on converter’s performance are quantitatively analyzed, which include the switch thermal noise,the noise introduced by the operational amplifier and the noise due to the dock jitter. By comparing these noises with the converter’s quantitative noise, the oversampled △-Σ A/D converter’s noise relation with different circuit coefficientS are obtained, which can be theoretically used to guide the circuits design of this kind of converter.更多还原
