【摘要】 应用前庭脊髓反射功能测量仪（ＶＳＭＳ），对２０例正常青年人及６３例眩晕伴平衡功能障碍者进行了静平衡状态下客观量化测试。６３例病人中，男性４７例，女性１６例，年龄１７～７１岁。其中，前庭神经元炎２０例，药物中毒性耳聋１２例，椎－基底功脉供血不足２４例，脑部疾患７例。经ＶＳＭＳ测试结果显示：外周性与中枢性损伤在图型及轨迹的数值上有明显不同。表明ＶＳＭＳ在眩晕疾病诊断中具有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract The equilibrium state of 63 patients wit h vertigo and dysequilibrium and 20 normal young subjects was measured by vestibule-spinal reflex function measure svstem(VSMS).There were 47 males and 16 females ranging in age from 17 to 71 years。The diagnosis of 63 patients was vestibule neuritis in 24, cerebellar disorders in 7.The result showed that the equilibrium state was different on central and peripheral damage in VSMS figure and nume-rical value,The VSMS is useful for the differential diagnosis of vertigo diseases.更多还原
