【Abstract】 This artiele,in the light of example upseting process,dividies upseting into three stages orphases which include thorough forging,consolidation and fork welding.It paint out that the state of cavity after solid pressing is related with the cavry shape,Size and the directior of mainly drawingdeforniation.The rate of upseting is not the only point when a forging is upsetd,the unit pressing volume must be noticed.The article also unroduces a new apseting process with a V-shape phate,Which can not only remove Caverner flaws in pressing and wolding but also haprove the distribution of inclusion.更多还原
