小学生接种痘苗病毒重组乙肝疫苗的现场试验
A community trial of vaccinia recombinant hepatitis B vaccine in chil-dren
【摘要】 作者报告了西安市86名易感的小学生接种痘苗病毒重组乙肝疫苗一年的效果观察结果。受试者随机分成3组,免疫剂量分别为2.0,5.0,10.0μg,按0,1,6程序接种。结果表明,免疫后6个月各组的抗-HBs应答率均达96%以上;低应答率为1.2%(1/81).3个组免疫后6个月与12个月的抗-HBs几何平均滴度分别为239.1,294.7,241.0mIU/ml与235.1,349.3,335.6mIU/ml,3组之间均无明显差异(P>0.05).与文献比较提示,本实验疫苗的免疫原性良好,5.0μg与10.0μg组的抗-HBs在免疫后3年将能保持较高水平。因此,痘苗重组乙肝疫苗以5.0或10.0μg剂量免疫为宜。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the authors reported on the effects of vaccinia recombinant hepatitis B vaccine oneyear following vaccination in 86 susceptible children of Xi’an,The subjects were randomly divided into 3groups and were innoculated by the procedure of 0,1, 6 and at the dose of 2.5,5.0 and 10. 0μg, respective-ly.The findings showed that the anti-HBs response rate in the 3 groups was above 96%6months after im-munization and the poor-response frequency was 1.2%(1/81 The geomatric mean titer(GMT)of anti-HBs in 2.5,5. 0 and 10. 0 μg groups was 231, 294.7 and 241.0 mIU/ml, and 235.1, 349. 3 and 335.6mIU/ml 6 and 12 months after vaccination, respectively. No significant difference was observed among the 3groups.The results of the present study and previous studies suggested that the vaccinia recombinant hepati-tis B vaccine possessed reliable immunogenecity, and higher anti-HBs titers were maintained in 5.0 and 10.0μg groups 3 years after immunization;therefore the optimal dose of the vaccine may be either 5. 0 μg or 10.0μg.
