循环流化床膜式壁附近气动力特性研究

【摘要】 在循环流化床冷态试验台架上,采用反射式光导纤维探针,分别测定了膜式壁鳍片和管子附近的局部颗粒浓度分布。引入时序分析方法对采样数据进行谱分析。通过研究对膜式壁附近颗粒的局部流动特性有了更深入的理解:在膜式壁附近存在颗粒流动的再分布过程,鳍片附近的下降流动颗粒层比管子附近的稳定,矩形截面四个角上的下降流动颗粒层类似于鳍片附近的情况而比较稳定,是几乎连续不断的颗粒流。图7表2参20
【Abstract】 Abstract A reflection type optical-fiber probe was used to measure local instantaneous distribution of particle concentration near tubes and fins of membrane walls in a cold state circulating fluidized bed test rig. Time series analysis was used for spectral analyses of signal data. These measurements have led to a deeper comprehension of local particle flow structure contiguous to membrane walls, which show that a particle flow redistribution takes place near membrane walls; the down-moving layers of particles in the vicinity of fins are more stable than those near tubes, the downflowing particle layers in the four corners of the rectangular crossection appear to be more stable, similar to the conditions prevailing near the fins, the particle flow here being nearly continuous.
