CBN刀具切削低碳钢的研究

【摘要】 CBN刀具切削淬硬钢,已有很多资料作了报导,但切削未淬硬的低碳钢却无研究,本文对此进行了探讨,且着重研究了CBN刀具切削未淬硬低碳钢的磨损形态和机理,从而证实了CBN刀具切削低碳钢是不适宜的。

【Abstract】 Cutting hardened steel with CBN tool is reported dy many references,but cutting unhardened low carbon steel is not studied. In this paper, cutting unhardened low carbon steel with CBN tool is studied. Other-wise thw wear form and wear mechanism of CBN tool are studied too.
