兴安落叶松鞘蛾性引诱剂应用技术研究

【摘要】 采用三角型及Uni-trap型诱捕器.对兴安落叶松鞘蛾(ColeophoradahuricaFlkv.)人工合成性引诱剂(Z5-10:OH)的最佳诱虫剂量、昼夜反应节律.诱捕器设置高度以及在发生期监测上应用等内容进行了研究、结果表明:供试的5种剂量(1~1000μg)均显示出一定的诱虫活性,在中低剂量(100μg)范围内.诱虫数量随诱芯剂量的增大而增加:超过100μg时、其诱虫数量反而随着剂量的增大逐渐下降、故100μgZ5-10:OH为此虫的最佳诱虫剂量。雄蛾对该性引诱剂的昼夜越性反应主要出现在22时~10时.高峰期为2时~8时。利用100μgZ5-10:OH对雄蛾季节性飞行规律的监测发现、其成虫期出现两个扬飞高峰就相同剂量诱芯而言。非粘胶Uni-trap型诱捕器的诱虫效果明显好于三角型粘胶诱捕器。

【Abstract】 The sex-attractant of Coleophora dahurica Flkv. Z5-10: OH. was field tested by using sticky Delta-traps and non-sticky Uni-traps with special emphasis on optimal dose. diurnal response of males. trap height effect and monitoring adult phenology etc. All five test doses of Z5- 10:OH, from 1μg to 1000μg.were effective in capturing male moths compared to the blank. Captures increased with raising the Z5- 10:OH dose up to 100μg and decreased gradually with the further increase of dose (eg. 500μg and 1 000μg ). Thus. the 100μg Z5- 10: OH could be defined as a C. dahurica" optimal or standard lure ".Diurnal response of males to the attractant mainly occurred from 22 to 10 o’clock. with a response peak recorded at 2 ~ 8 o’ clock. Adult pherologymonitored by sex-attractant traps showed a 25 days of night Period (form May 26 to June 19 ) with peaks occurring from May 31 to June 3. and from June 9 to 13. In comparison with Delta-trap. the Uni-trap revealed a significantly higher capturing efficacy when baited with the same dose of Z5- 10:OH.
