【摘要】 我院外科1972年1月至1991年12月20年间经手术治疗的胆石症1747例。本文对全部病例资料分前后两组即1972～1981年(前10年组),1982～1991年(后10年组)进行对比分析。结果表明后10年胆石症性质有以下特征:1.胆石症病人迅速增加。2.胆囊结石病人明显增多。3.女性及老年人患胆石症的比率明显上升。4.手术死亡率明显降低。作者对其性质变化及影响因素作了简要讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 From January 1972 to December 1991,1747Cases of Cholelithiasis were Surgicallg treated. Di-viding into two groups,all the cases were analysed in comparison. The first group involed the pa-tients of early 10 years(1972-1981) ,the second-----the Last 10 years(1982-1991).A Comparative Study of the 2 groups showed the feature of the last 10 years Cases:First,the num-ber of patients of gall stone increased rapidly. Second,the numkber of patients of gall bladder stone increased obviously. Third, Sex and aged ratio showed that famale and aged patients are more prominent. Forth,death rate of Surgery decreased greatly. This paper discussed the Changing pat-tern of cholelithiasis and its affecting factors.更多还原
