Ti6A14V合金中组织定向分布引起的超塑性变形力学各向异性
Superplastic Deformation Anisotropy of Directionally Oriented Microstructure of Ti6A14V
【摘要】 采用920℃下不同应变速率的压缩实验,较为系统地研究了具有明显的组织定向排列的Ti6Al4V合金非等轴组织的应力应变关系、应力应变速率关系及应变速率敏感性随应变的变化,实验发现在组织取向与应力轴方向之间的夹角不同的情况下,上述各关系具有不同的特征,并从两相变形的特点、变形中的晶粒转动和组织等轴化的角度对实验结果给出了定性的解释。
【Abstract】 ystematic investigation on superplastic anisotropy of a directionally-oriented microstructure of Ti6A14V has been give in this paper.Com pression tests at different strain-rate at 920℃ show that stress-strain relationship,stress-strain rate relstionship and strain-rate sensitivity feature of the microstructure are considerablely different when applied stress lies over different angle range with microstructure. Experimental results are analyzed on the basis of deformation characteristics of two-phase materials,grain-rolling and microstructure equiaxiallization processes.
