CO2激光器折叠腔中反射镜对激光输出光束偏振特性的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了折叠腔中平行仿据和垂直仿振的CO2激光反射率的差别;证明了折叠腔中特别是U型折叠腔中CO2激光器是垂直偏振的;并指出应设法将线偏报激光转化成国仿振激光,以改善激光加工质量。

【Abstract】 Diffirence beteween parallelly Polarized CO2 leser light reflectivity and vertiCally Polarised Co: laser llght reflectivity on mirrors in fo1ded cavity is studied in this peper. It is Pfoved that actually ther light in folded cavity esPecially in U type folded cavity is vertically POlarized. It is Pointed ou that linearly Potarized taser light should be changed into circularly Polarized laser light to improve laser procession quality.
