药物载体──马来酸酯化淀粉共聚物微球的合成研究
SYNTHESIS OF DRUG CARRIER-COPOLYMER MICROSPHERE OF STARCH MALEIC ACID ESTER
【摘要】 以马来酸酐和淀粉为原料合成了马来酸酯化淀粉,在逆相乳液聚合体系中合成了马来酸酯化淀粉-丙烯酸共聚物微球,微球粒径主要在20~40μm,探讨了酯化度、表面活性剂、水相浓度以及转速等对微球制备的影响。
【Abstract】 tarch microsphere can easily be prepared by copolymerization of maleic starch ester with acrylic acid in a wa-ter-in-oil emulsion. The microsphere,preferably around 20~40μm in diameter,will have a microporous structureformed by the network. Effects of preparative condition on the microsphere are investigated.
