【Abstract】 distribution of calmodulin in amphioxus was studied by immunohistochemical technique. The calmodulin immunoreactive substance existed in maturegonads of female and male amphioxus. The immuno-positive reaction was localized in thenucleus of spermatids (testis) and egg cell (ovary) respectively. Strong immuno-positive reactions were also found in apical cytoplasm of epithelial cells of amphioxus. The possible roles of calmodulin in amphioxus was discussed.更多还原
