【摘要】 沙漠及其地下空间均是人类尚未开发的资源，人类面临的许多问题，如人口增长、耕地沙漠化、淡水缺乏、草原退化、生态环境恶化等都可以通过开发沙漠资源得到解决。在沙漠上建造太阳能温室就是开发沙漠的一项战略措施。这项农业工程的意义在于增加农业收成，地下储藏盐水淡水和改善环境。这样可以逐渐将沙漠土地化、贫地肥沃化。还可以提供原材料加工发展轻工业，解决就业问题。因此应该集中大量的人力物力向沙漠进军。更多还原

【Abstract】 Desert and its underground space are undeveloped resources for human be-ings, many problenis, which human beings face with, such as population growth, desertionof the land, deficiency of fresh water, degeneration of grassland, deterioration of ecologicalenvironment may be solved by development of desert resource. One of the approaches is tobuild solar energy greenhouse in the desert for increase of the harvest ’ storage of salty waterand fresh water underground and improvement of environment.
