高分子湿敏元件寿命分布模型的统计推断

【摘要】 通过可靠性寿命试验，对寿命试验数据进行处理，建立了电容式湿敏元件寿命分布模型。

【Abstract】 By the reliability tests,the life testing data are disposed and the life distributionmodel of the electric capacity humidity-sensitive is established.
