铸造轻金属基复合材料的液相浸渗研究
The Studyon liquid Infiltratlon of Cast Reinforced Light Metal Matrix Composites
【摘要】 研究连续纤维增强的轻金属(铝及镁)基复材的液相浸渗过程,发现浸渗的非均匀性导致液态金属氧化,氧化膜的致密程度对复合效果有很大影响。对镁基复合材料来说,疏松的氧化膜及由此产生的自真空效应使得浸渗完善。而对铝基复会材料来说,致密的氧化膜会阻碍浸渗,提出了一些解决方法。
【Abstract】 This paper sutdies the liquid infiltration process of continuous fiber reinforced light metal (Aluminumand Magnesium)matrix composites,it is found that non-uniform infiltration leads to oxidation of liquid metal andthe density of oxidic film has a strong effect on infiltration. For magnesium matrix composites,coarse oxidic film andself generation vaccum (SGV)effect lead to perfect infiltration. However, dense oxidic film Prevents infiltration foraluminum matrix composites. some methds have been presented to solve this problem.
