【Abstract】 Peroxidase isozymes （POD） are one of the frequently-used biochemical markers in genetical analysis of fungi,The staining is an important procedure in studying POD.Theefficiency was compared;among different stain recipes for POD of two edible fungi Lentinus edodes and Pleurctus sapidus. The recipe NH₃Cl-Benzidine showed the best effect,and followed the HAc-Benzidine,but the Vc-Benzidine and Guaiacol-Benzidine did not gave satisfactory results,The possible reasons for differences of stain effect were discussed.更多还原
