【摘要】 本文报道采用ＧＣ／ＭＳ技术及ＳＩＭ方式，对尿中游离形式的可待因及其代谢物以及它们的结合形式进行定量测定的方法。

【Abstract】 A GC/MSD and SIM Method for determination of codeine and its metabolite in human urine was developed. Satisfactory linearities of calibration curves were obtainedwithin the range designed in the paper. The method can be used to determine codeineand its metabolite doping control.
