【摘要】 本文报道我院近３年来采用４～６ｃｍ长的肋缘下斜切口行胆囊切除１２０例的体会。切口外端在腹直肌外缘，不切断肌肉，钳住胆囊底牵向视野，浆膜下注射普鲁卡因肾上腺素溶液后游离，逆行切除胆囊。平均手术时间８０分钟。无并发症发生。适用于胆囊位置较低，无严重粘连的病例。该术式具有手术创伤小，切口疼痛轻，胃肠道反应少，恢复快等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 e present here in clinical experience of minicholecystectomy in 120 cases in the latest three years.The incision with a 4～ 6cm long was located in the subeostal margin. The external end of incision wasclose to the lateral of musculus rectus atxlominis. Musculi were not amputated. The bottom ofgallbladder was clamped to the field of operation. Then. 0. 5% procaine containing adrenalin wasinjected into the subserous layer. Retrograde cholecystectomy was performed. The mean operative timewas 80 minutes. No complications occured. Mini-incision cholecystectomy is applicable to patients witha low position of gallbladder and without extensive adhensions around the gallbladder. This method hasmany advantages : minor operative trauma, little postoperative wound pain and gastrointestinal effects ,as well as rapid recovery.更多还原
