【摘要】 通过对广东省34个市县卫生防疫站的人才状况和需求，以及改革开放后新情况的调查，对预防医学教育的发展和改革提出思索。当前，县级站卫技人员学历层次较低；经济落后地区高学历、高级职称人员少；用人单位要求学校对学生的实验操作、电子计算机应用、卫生法规、职业道德等加强训练和教育；专业的设置要根据改革开放后社会的新需求，注意广大社区卫生保健工作的要求，要面向21世纪。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper suggests some ponderations for the development and reform of preventivemedicine education on the basis of the survey of the personnel situation and need,and thenew status since the reform and opening to the outside world in health care and anti-epidemicstations of 34 counties in Guangdong.At present in the county-level health care and anti-epi-demic stations,the health technicians are low in formal schooling record;in the economicallyunderdeveloped area there are few health technicians with senior professional titles.Medicaleducation institutions should give students more training and education in laboratory opera-tion,application of computer,health laws and regulations and professional ethics.In order toface the 21th century,specialities should be offered according to the new social demand sincethe implementation of the policies of reform and opening to the outside world,and the re-quirement of the public health service in the vast communities.更多还原
